Definition of Musings -
'thoughts, especially when aimless and unsystematic'
Hmmm. Is that what I mean? I guess I would like my thoughts to be more than aimless. Unsystematic? Maybe.
'Deep in thought; contemplative'. Now I like that one better. But I know it is not always so.
'Meditation'. Well not in the current day sense. I would picture people meditating as sitting around with crossed legs, eyes closed, finger and thumb touching as the arms are rested gently on the knees and thinking about nothing. That's not for me really. Though from the 13th century usage as a noun 'a discourse intended to express its authors reflections or to guide others in contemplation'. Yes I like that best I think.
